As the name implies, you can get a welcome bonus only when you create an account. If you already have an account, you can only get another welcome bonus by creating a new account.

You get: ¥800 worth of various shipping coupons

Usually, the welcome bonus comes chunked in smaller coupons. So when we say "¥800 worth of various shipping coupons", it's very likely it's actually going to be a $10 coupon, a $20 coupon etc. They are also one-time use and only valid for a certain amount of days.

All coupons require you to spend a minimum amount. So you might have to spend $100 to be able to use the $5 discount coupon.
