Superbuy will not be working between February 7th and February 18th.
This includes all services, ordering, shipping, customer service, balance withdrawals.

Wegobuy will not be working between February 9th and February 18th.
Starting on the 18th, they will prioritize orders and service requests made during their absence. They expect to be done with the backlog between the 22nd and 25th.
For DHL Germany, USA (Small), Bahrain and Australia you have to wait until the 20th.
